I'm a Bruce Person

I would not consider myself a baby person but I sure am a Bruce person. Our little miracle now weighs ten pounds.

We have made it safely through horrible diaper rash.
He is getting stronger and throwing his weight around. He almost forced his way out of my arms two days ago. I hold him differently now.
He most certainly has his days and nights mixed up.
He is a very loud sleeper. Lots of chipmunk noises.

We have never been so excited to see a poop. Bruce isn't regular so we track his BM's.  Dan heard if you pump the legs you can help them "go".

Dan and I have so many places throughout the house to get him to sleep. On any given night you can find one of us going to each of these as if it were a workout circuit training session.

New Addition

New baby came!

What a crash course this has been!! Nothing anyone had said or that we had read convinced us of how difficult it would truly be.

Fun Facts:
He loves to try to hold his head up which leads to major bobble head action.
We have had adventures to Walmart and Target and to the hospital for his newborn screening.
He can do this really neat trick where he gets so frustrated he holds his breath and turns his face red. It's not scary at all.
He was born 7lbs 11oz. When we left the hospital four days later he was 7lbs 14oz. On day 12 he was 8lbs 14oz.
His cord came off this week and he has the cutest innie!
He eats every two hours.
He is filling out all over the place. He is our fat boy.
Nicknames include Brewski, Bruce-Bruce, Fat Boy, Brew, and Brucey.
Dan and I try to figure out what his cries mean. We have no idea.

I am exhausted and can't think of anything else to talk about on here so that is all. He is a great boy and we can't wait for all the milestones to come.
