Month five is here!
A look back on month four:
For Easter Bruce busted out a Bow Tie and some faux suspenders. Lookin' sharp. I wish I had gotten a pictures of the three of us after church but, oh well. Bruce is the best lookin' one, anyway.
We have moved on up from the carseat in the stroller to ridin' like a big boy sitting up.
Practicing sittting up with the boppies on all sides.
And drum rolllll....we can sit up! He falls over after a bit and needs help getting there, but he loves it.
Before his baptism I gave him his first haircut. It was exciting. Nothing like holding sharp scissors around your baby child's head while he bobs and sways.
I just trimmed up the back and around his ears. Last week I went for round two to trim the top. He just looked like Martin Luther so I needed to change up his style.
Left side is before and Right is after
Baptism pictures with his cross necklace from Grandma and Papa. Just like his Daddy's. Here are the too cute ones (I took 60 plus pictures, you're welcome for holding back here).
Momma's day in Houston. The last part of the day we spent in Conroe where Bruce was just broken from no naps. But he got some snuggle and drool time on his Mamaw.
Clones.
He had his four month shots this past week.
18lbs 2 oz
44cm noggin
25.5 inches long
Just found his feet AND started eating them last week!!!
Holding in a sitting position quite well
Tries to sit up from laying on his back
Grabbing feet
Rolling from back to tummy
Kicking and splashing more in the tub
Spits bubbles like a pro
Still a morning person
Can sleep through the night or just wake up once or twice. I can't complain.
Bounces like popcorn in his bouncy deal
Working on that laugh, getting longer and adding high pitch squeals
Dan says Bruce gets jealous. Dan tried to give me a kiss and Bruce screamed
Still in 6 month clothes but getting too big for the pants
Official pics to ring in the new month:
He is just the best little boy we know.
